To request your returns authorisation code please include your order number (you can find this in your order confirmation email, if you have not received the confirmation email, please include the day and approximate time of your purchase and include a link to the product page, and your full contact details.
A member of our Customer Service team will reply to your message within 24 hours(this may extend by up to 48 hours due to COVID-19).
If you need to cancel the order, please feel free to contact us within 24 hours after your purchase. We usually, start to customise and produce your product within 24 hours after you place your order. Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
*Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for the following situations:
1) Partially/Fully completed Painting by Numbers kits
2) Partially/Fully completed Diamond Paintings kits
3) A refund or exchange request after 30 days or more from the purchase date
4) A refund or exchange for any custom kits, unless they were not delivered
